April fools Day!
Tomorrow is April fools day and I always get a little nervous on this day. I don't know why I've never been fooled by anyone real bad or anything? Just not a trusting day especially by the close people in our lives because they would be just the one to get you good on this day. You know the ones who would know what you would believe and what you wouldn't. I guess I will try to forget it is April first tomorrow.

My St. Patty's day card/ Birthday card
I had to make some cards up for a card swap I am in. It just so happens that we have a close friend of the family that her birthday is on ST.Patricks day. So I just changed the words on the front and put Happy 20th Birthday! on the inside. I will probably give her a gift card inside so I put the inside greeting low. I love the color green so this was a fun card to make.

My latest Beanie Yah Man!
I was asked to make a jamaican beanie for a friend and I found this pattern from the book Men who knit and dogs that love them. I made the colors jamaican colors and just loved the dreadlocks! I didn't start the dread locks closer to the brim as instructed I just liked them to come off the top of the head to make it look funkier. I think this would be cute to make a child or adult (that acts like a child) a Birthday hat to wear on their special day with color of a cake or cupcake. My husband already requested one in the AZ Cardinals colors but with longer dreads. See what a mean about a child? haha.It was fun and easy.More to come.....

Helmet liner
I made this project for my husband. It is a helmet liner. The pattern was free at Michaels by Patons. I used Pymouth Yarn Fantasy Naturale 100% cotton. color 9007. I got it at Quilted Cactus in Surprise, AZ. I love working with this yarn it reminded me of embroidery floss. It was a level 2 project so I am proud I was able to complete it. On to the next Project!
